PURSUANT to “The Mining Act, 1908,” the undersigned, the Mahinapua Gold-mining Company (Limited), a company duly registered under “The Companies Act, 1908,” having its registered office at Wellington, hereby applies for a license for a pipe-line as specified in the Schedule hereto, the course whereof has been duly marked out for the purpose.

Commencing at a point on the western side of Ogilvie’s Lagoon, running along the course of Ogilvie’s Creek to the Ross-Ruatapu Road, continuing thence in nearly a straight line to and terminating at the eastern boundary of the company’s claim, as per plan deposited herewith, and subject to the conditions agreed to by the company and Butler Brothers, dated the 8th day of May, 1909.
