IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WELLINGTON DISTRICT.

In the matter of an application under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894”; and in the matter of the land known as Akura No. 14B; and in the matter of an application by Toi Tamati to the Chief Judge of the said Court for amendment of partition orders dated the 19th day of October, 1892.

WHEREAS the above application having been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same having been duly reported upon, the said application is hereby dismissed, and leave is hereby granted to the said applicant to appeal from this decision within fourteen days from the date of the publication hereof in the Gazette and Kahiti.
