NOTICE is hereby given that, the leases of the undermentioned lands having been forfeited by resolution of the Nelson Land Board, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of “The Land Act, 1908.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the Commissioners appointed, in pursuance of section 225 of “The Land Act, 1908,” to classify and report upon portion of the rural lands in Nelson Land District, known as the Heaphy Block, have reported to His Excellency the Governor that the lands described in the Schedule hereto have been classified by them as therein noted.
