Situated on the western side of the Haringa Road, about four miles and a quarter from Carterton, three miles and a quarter of which is good metalled road, the remainder being a surveyed line over flat country. All flat land, about 13 acres being swampy; the whole area is in grass. Soil of good quality, on a shingle formation. The section is indifferently watered, and the elevation is about 430 ft. above sea-level. The improvements, consisting of fencing, are included in the price of the land.

Section 3 is situated on the western side of the Haringa Road, about five miles from Carterton, three miles and a quarter of which is good metalled road, the remainder being a surveyed line over flat country. Seventy-three acres of hilly country, the remainder being flat. The whole area is in grass. Soil varies from inferior to fair, on a clay-and-shingle formation. Indifferently watered, and the elevation ranges from 450 ft. to 800 ft. above sea-level. The improvements, consisting of fencing, are included in the price of the land.

Section 4 is situated on the western side of the Haringa Road, about four miles and three-quarters from Carterton,

The soil is fair, on clay-and-shingle formation. Indifferently watered, and the elevation ranges from 400 ft. to 700 ft. above sea-level.
