NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the Apiti Sawn Timber Company (Limited), held at the Town Hall, Apiti, on Wednesday, the 7th day of April, 1909, at the hour of noon, the following special resolution was passed :—
“ That the meeting confirm the subjoined resolution, which was passed at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on the 24th day of March, 1909,—
“ That the Apiti Sawn Timber Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned, FREDERICK HICKMOTT, GEORGE HICKMOTT, and GEORGE WILLIAM STANILAND, all of Christchurch, Brewers, carrying on business at Christchurch aforesaid under the style or firm of “ Vincent and Co.,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent so far as regards the said Frederick Hickmott, who retires from the firm. All the debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said George Hickmott and George William Staniland, who will continue to carry on the said business under the present style or firm of “ Vincent and Co.”

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, as Bricklayers and Builders at No. 23 Winton Street, St. Albans, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 20th day of March, 1909. All assets of the partnership will be received by the said William Alfred Masters Musgrove, of No. 22 Merivale Lane, St. Albans, who will discharge all liabilities of the said firm as from the same date.
