NOTICE is hereby given that statements of accounts
and balance-sheets in respect of the undermentioned
matter, estates, and proceedings, which are in this Gazette
have been duly filed in the above Court; and I hereby
appoint the ninth day of May, 1909, at ten o’clock in the
forenoon of Monday, the 10th day of May, 1909, I intend to
apply to the Court for an order of discharge in connection with
