SAWMILL LICENSE.

of by way of [State what the money has been paid for—viz.,
as a deposit for survey fees, royalties, &c.], is hereby licensed to
erect a sawmill and to cut timber within the area* described in the
Schedule hereto, for the period from to , 19 ,
subject to the provisions of the above-mentioned Act and to the
regulations attached thereto; subject also to the following express
conditions: [Specify any special conditions upon which the license
is to be held; and in cases where the license is for a reserved area
it should state the extent to which the licensee has the right to
work a sawmill or use roads and tramways over the original or
previous area].
