NATIVE LAND COURT NOTICES.

Sitting of the Native Appellate Court at Rotorua.

Registrar’s Office, Auckland, 14th December, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Appellate Court will be held at Rotorua on the 3rd day of February, 1909, to hear and determine the appeals against the decisions of the Native Land Court set forth in the Schedule hereto. All persons interested in the said appeals are hereby notified to attend at the time and place aforesaid. Appeals relating to lands in the Districts of Taupo, Maketu, and Opotiki will be adjourned to those places for hearing should the parties interested so desire.
