Application under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” dismissed.
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of an application under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894”; and in the matter of the land known as Arahura (300 acres) and Arahura No. 30; and in the matter of an application by Tiemi Rickus to the Chief Judge of the said Court to cancel the orders of the Court of the 15th day of March, 1901, appointing successors to Moroati Pakapaka, deceased.
WHEREAS the above application having been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same having been duly reported on, the said application is hereby dismissed.
As witness my hand, this 9th day of January, 1909.

Order for Incorporation of the Owners of the Tautara Block.
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, AUCKLAND DISTRICT.
In the matter of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” and its amendments, and of the petition for incorporation by the owners of the Tautara Block. At a sitting of the Court held at Rotorua, before Jackson Palmer, Judge, and Akuhata Takatua, Assessor, on Thursday, the 17th day of December, 1908.
UPON reading the petition for incorporation lodged herein, and upon hearing the petitioners and the evidence adduced on their behalf, and the Court being satisfied of the consent of the majority of the owners of the said Tautara Block, and that such block can be dealt with to the advantage of the owners thereof by being incorporated as hereinafter appearing, it is ordered that the owners whose names are set out in the Schedule hereunder written shall be and the same are hereby constituted a body corporate within the meaning of section 122 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” by the name of “The Proprietors of the Tautara Block,” subject to the powers, liabilities, and incidents conferred or imposed by the said Act or any amendments thereof. The said land contains 4,782 acres, or thereabouts, and is bounded as follows: Towards the north by Rotoiti Block and Lake Rotoehu, towards the east by Te Taumanu and Rotoma Blocks, towards the south by Haroharo-Oihoeka Block, and towards the west by Lake Rotoiti.
And it is hereby ordered and directed that a general meeting of the proprietors of the said block shall be held at Tapuaeharuru, on Saturday, the 23rd day of January, 1909, at the hour of 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of nominating a committee to administer the said land, and fixing the number of its members.
