AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the Chamber of Commerce, Customhouse Quay, Wellington, on Monday, the 22nd day of February, 1909, the following special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on Thursday, the 18th day of March, 1909, the said resolution was duly confirmed: “That the Wellington and Manawatu Railway Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily”; and at such last-mentioned meeting JOHN KIRKCALDIE and WILLIAM MOWAT HANNAY were appointed Liquidators for the purposes of the winding-up.
