Application under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of an application under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” made by Hori Kokako for amendment of succession order to the interest of Te Whiu, deceased, dated the 11th September, 1895, and also for amendment of the order of the Court on investigation dated the 13th March, 1889, in respect of the Ngakuta Block.
IT is hereby notified that the application of Hori Kokako, under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” for amendment of succession order to the interest of Te Whiu, deceased, dated the 11th September, 1895, and also for amendment of the order on investigation of title dated the 13th March, 1889, in respect of the Ngakuta Block, is hereby dismissed; and leave is hereby granted to the said applicant to appeal from this decision within fourteen days from the publication of this order in the Gazette and Kahiti.

Sitting of the Native Land Court at Kaikohe.

NOTICE is hereby given that the sitting of the Native Land Court notified to be held at Kaikohe on the 10th day of February, 1909, and subsequently adjourned till the 16th day of April, 1909, will be resumed on that date.
The first business to be taken will be the investigation of the titles to land in the vicinity of Kaikohe, commencing with Motatau No. 5.
The applications included in the (panui) notice for Kaikohe, but which relate to lands in other districts—viz., Waikare, Whangaruru, Rawhiti, Whangaroa, and Mangonui—will not be heard at Kaikohe, but dates will be arranged for sittings of Court at Russell and other places so soon as the lands at Kaikohe have been dealt with.
