NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Mangonui on the 12th day of January,
1910, to hear and determine the matter mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, in respect of which
application has been received by the Registrar, and all such other matters as may be lawfully brought before it.

. . respect of the said land, wherein the petitioners pray for further inquiry
in the matter of a judgment of the Native Appellate Court, given on the
23rd day of June, 1902, on their appeal from the judgment of the Native
Land Court, given on the 18th day of October, 1901, on the hearing of an
application for investigation of title. [Note.-The Native Affairs Com-
mittee of the House of Representatives recommended that “this petition
should be referred to the Government for inquiry.”]
