WAHI CONSOLIDATED (LIMITED).

At an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Auckland on the 8th day of November, 1909, at 12 noon, the following special resolution was duly confirmed—namely, “That the Waihi Consolidated (Limited) be voluntarily wound up, and that Mr. JOHN HUGHLINGS JACKSON be appointed Liquidator.”

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of “The Companies Act, 1908,” that a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the office of the Liquidator, Bank Chambers, 324 Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Thursday, the 30th day of December, 1909, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 31, folio 287, of the Register-book, in favour of THOMAS WILLIAM PORTER and MATTHEW GRAY NASMITH, for Section 397, Parish of Te Papa (one-fifth interest), having been lodged with me, and application made to issue a provisional certificate of title, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue a provisional certificate of title accordingly at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
