IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WELLINGTON DISTRICT.

In the matter of an application, under section 39 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894," by Takutai Wipaki to the Chief Judge of the said Court to amend the orders of the Court appointing successors to Te Rako Kingi, otherwise Eruera Kingi te Rako, deceased, in the Manukorihi and other blocks.

IT is hereby notified that the application of Takutai Wipaki, under section 39 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894," for amendment of the orders of the Court set out in the Schedule hereunder, appointing successors to Te Rako Kingi, otherwise Eruera Kingi te Rako, deceased, is hereby dismissed, and leave is hereby granted to the said applicant to appeal from this decision upon substantial deposit being made.
