MEDICAL REGISTRATION.

I, RODERICK MCKENZIE GUNN, M.B., Bac Surg., 1906, M.D., 1908, Univ. Aberd., now residing in Wellington, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 4th January next to have my name placed on the Medical Register for the Dominion of New Zealand, and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Registrar-General.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1908”; and in the matter of the Commercial Property and Finance Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company in Vogel Street, Dunedin, on the 2nd day of December, 1908, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

And at the same meeting JAMES ARKLE, WILLIAM BURNETT, and ARCHIBALD HILL JACK, all of Dunedin, Gentlemen, were appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.

I, EDMOND PARR, of Oratia, in the Provincial District of Auckland, Fruit-grower, hereby give notice that I have this day assumed and adopted as my surname the name “Seymour,” to the end and intent that I shall henceforth for all purposes be known and designated by the name “Edmond Parr Seymour,” in lieu of the name “Edmond Parr”; and that I have this day cause to be deposited in the office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Auckland, a deed-poll under my hand and seal evidencing my assumption and adoption of the said name.

I further give notice that the business of Fruit-growers and Contractors heretofore carried on by Edith Evelyn Windsor and myself at Oratia, under the name of “Windsor and Parr,” will after the 8th day of December, 1908, be carried on by me under the name of “Edmond Parr Seymour.”

NOTICE OF CHANGE OF NAME.

I, PHILIP RENDALS MILLER, of Longburn, Railway Ganger, heretofore called and known by the name of Philip William Miller, but whose true name has been Philip Rendals Miller Garziola, hereby give public notice that on the 2nd day of December, 1908, I formally and absolutely renounced, relinquished, and abandoned the use of my said surname of Garziola, and then assumed and adopted and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of Miller instead of the said name of Garziola; and I therefore give notice that by a deed-poll dated the 2nd day of December, 1908, duly executed and attested and enrolled in the office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Wellington, on the 4th day of December, 1908, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the said surname of Garziola, and declared that I had assumed and adopted and intended thenceforth and upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the names of Philip Rendals Miller instead of Philip Rendals Miller Garziola, and so as to be at all times thereafter called, known, and described by the names of Philip Rendals Miller exclusively.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned SAMUEL GEORGE ROSEMAN and WILLIAM JAMES ROBERTSON, carrying on business at Hobson Street, Auckland, as Brush-manufacturers, under the style or firm of “The Zealandia Brush-manufacturing Company,” was on the 3rd day of September, 1908, dissolved by mutual consent; and that the business from that date has been carried on by the said Samuel George Roseman alone, who will discharge all liabilities and receive all accounts due to the business.
