NOTICE is hereby given that the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native Land Court sitting at Otaki on the 10th day of December, 1908, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Validation Court will be held at Gisborne on Thursday, the 17th day of December, 1908, to inquire into and determine the matters set out in the Schedule hereunder, and to make such orders and decrees in respect thereof as to the Court shall seem fit.

2 Whangara B1 and B2 .. To consider an application by the Receiver to subdivide the balance of the land into suitable allotments for lease by public auction, reserving 300 acres as a reserve for the use of the owners.
