Rents include amounts payable for fire insurance and local rates.
All the dwellings are of one class—viz., five rooms, with every convenience.
The modes of acquiring the freehold are as follow:—
Mode A.—By payment in cash of the capital value of the dwelling (including the land) at any time not less than twenty-five years from the date of the lease. Rent during term of lease to be at the rate of 5 per cent. on the capital value.
Mode B.—(a.) By monthly payments over a period of thirty-two years, at the rate of 8 per cent. per annum on the capital value.
(b.) By monthly payments over a period of forty-one years, at the rate of 6½ per cent. per annum on the capital value.
Mode C.—By monthly payments of rent at the rate of 5 per cent. per annum on the capital value of the dwelling, and taking out an insurance policy on the life of the applicant with the Government Insurance Commissioner for the amount of the capital value of the dwelling.

LOCALITY OF RUNS.
Run 93 is situated thirty-one miles and a half from Tolago Bay—twenty-five miles by the Tolago Bay—Tawharepare Road, and six miles and a half by the newly formed road, 8 ft. wide, and suitable for sledging, which gives access to the northern and higher end of the run.
Runs 89, 90, and 91 are situated about sixty miles from Gisborne, forty miles from Te Karaka Railway-station. Dray-road formed fifty-three miles from Gisborne, balance (seven miles) is now being formed 8 ft. wide, suitable for sledging, and will be completed early in January.
