In the matter of “The Validation Court Empowering Act, 1908.”
NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of the provisions of “The Validation Court Empowering Act, 1908,” a sitting of the Validation Court will be held at Greytown North on the 8th day of December, 1908, to make due inquiry respecting the orders made by the Native Land Court on the partition of the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and to further deal with such orders in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.
