NOTICE is hereby given that, the leases of the undermentioned lands having been forfeited by resolution of the Wellington Land Board, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of "The Land Act, 1908."

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned pastoral runs will be offered for license, by public auction, at the District Lands Office, Dunedin, at 11 o'clock a.m. on Wednesday, the 23rd day of December, 1908, under the provisions of Part VI of "The Land Act, 1908."
SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.
Run 200D, Tuapeka County (Class I): Area, 4,945 acres; term, fourteen years. Upset annual rental, £41.
Run 200E, Tuapeka County (Class I): Area, 4,670 acres; term, fourteen years. Upset annual rental, £39.
Possession will be given on 1st March, 1909.
Part of Ormaglade Station. The country varies from 2,500 ft. to 3,270 ft. above sea-level. The vegetation is mostly snow-grass on the higher elevations, and white-tussock on the lower. Situated about twelve miles from Miller's Flat Post-office.
