In the matter of the Cyclopedia Company (Limited).
A T an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named
company, duly convened, and held at the registered
office of the company, at Tuam Street, Christchurch, on
the 7th day of October, 1908, the following special resolution
was duly passed ; and at a subsequent extraordinary general
meeting of the members of the said company, also duly
convened, and held at the same place on the 23rd day of
October, 1908, the following resolution was duly confirmed,
viz. : 'That the Cyclopedia Company (Limited) be wound up
voluntarily.' And at such last-mentioned meeting ARTHUR
HENRY LINZEY, of Christchurch, Accountant, was appointed
Liquidator for the purpose of the winding-up.

NOTICE is hereby given that JAMES REYNOLDS
HAYNE, of Dunedin, Chemist, claiming to be
entitled as heir-at-law of William Reynolds Hayne,
deceased, late of Hampden, Doctor of Medicine, to an estate
in fee-simple in all that parcel of land being Sections 12, 13,
and 14, Block IX, Town of Herbert, has applied to be
registered as proprietor of the said parcel of land, and that
the said James Reynolds Hayne will be registered as such
proprietor as aforesaid unless caveat be lodged forbidding
the same within one month from the publication hereof in
the Gazette.
