Survey District, to the most northerly corner of the said Section 1, being a distance of 5 chains. more or less.
As the said roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 9367, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured burnt sienna.
All that road forming the eastern boundary of Section 30, Block IX, Waitahuna East Survey District, being a distance of 33 chains, more or less.
Also all that road commencing at the northern boundary of Section 16, and running in a south-easterly direction through the said Section 16, and then along the boundary of Section 15. both in Block X, Hillend Survey District; and thence through Sections 5 and 4 and along parts of the boundaries of Sections 4 and 3. Block LV, Tokomairiro Survey District, till it meets the road running in a south-easterly direction through the said Section 3, being a distance of 139 chains, more or less.
Also all that road commencing at the south-western corner of Section 9, and running in a northerly direction along the western boundaries of Sections 9, 6, and 4 to the most easterly corner of Section 3, all in Block IX, Hillend Survey District, being a distance of 93 chains, more or less.
Also all that road forming the south-western frontage of Section 18, Block IX, Hillend Survey District, and Section 33, Block XI, Waitahuna East Survey District, having a length of 60 chains, more or less.
As the said roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 9367A, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured burnt sienna.
All that road commencing at the north-western corner of Section 12, and running in an easterly and south-easterly direction along the northern boundaries of Sections 12, 21, and 27 to the most easterly point of the said Section 27, all in Block IX. Waitahuna East Survey District, being a distance of 200 chains, more or less.
Also all that road forming the northern boundary of Section 36, and a part of the northern boundary of Section 34, both in Block IV, Waitahuna East Survey District, having a length of 83 chains, more or less,
Also all that road commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 12, and running in a southerly direction along the eastern boundaries of Sections 12, 20, and 24 to the south-eastern corner of the said Section 24, all in Block IX, Waitahuna East Survey District, being a distance of 108 chains, more or less.
As the said roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 9367B, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured burnt sienna.

Ratepayers of Clyde Town District to unite with Ratepayers of Clyde Riding of Wairoa County in electing Two Members of Wairoa Harbour Board.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this fourth day of February, 1908.

PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS it is provided by section two of “The Wairoa Harbour Board Act, 1878,” that two members of the Wairoa Harbour Board (hereinafter called “the Board”) shall be elected by the ratepayers of the Clyde Riding of the Wairoa County:
And whereas the Clyde Town District has been constituted out of the said riding, and it is desirable that the ratepayers of such district shall unite with the ratepayers of the riding in electing two members of the Board:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by the forty-sixth section of “The Harbours Act, 1878.” and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order that the ratepayers of the Clyde Town District shall unite with the ratepayers of the Clyde Riding of the Wairoa County in electing two members of the Board.

Withdrawing Land from the Operation of “The Kauri-gum Industry Act, 1898.”

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-ninth day of January, 1908.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD, K.C.M.G.,
PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by “The Kauri-gum Industry Amendment Act, 1902” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may by Order in Council declare that land set apart under “The Kauri-gum Industry Act, 1898” (hereinafter termed “the principal Act”), as a kauri-gum reserve, and which is no longer required for the purpose of gum-digging, shall be no longer subject to the principal Act, and shall thereafter be dealt with by the Land Board as ordinary Crown land; provided that such Order in Council shall only be issued in pursuance of a resolution of the Land Board, supported by such independent evidence as the Governor in Council deems necessary:
And whereas the Land Board of the Auckland Land District has duly passed a resolution recommending that the Hukatere Kauri-gum Reserve described in the Schedule hereto be excepted from the operation of the principal Act, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the Hukatere Kauri-gum Reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall be no longer subject to the provisions of the principal Act, and shall hereafter be dealt with by the Land Board as ordinary Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 654 acres, more or less, situated in Block II, Hukatere Survey District, and being the Hukatere Kauri-gum Reserve, set apart by Order in Council dated the 29th November, 1902, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 100, of the 4th December, 1902, page 2619; as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 58159/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Recreation Reserves in Taranaki Land District brought under “The Public Domains Act, 1881.”

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-ninth day of January, 1908.

PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for recreation in the Taranaki Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of “The Public Domains Act, 1881”; and such reserves shall hereafter be known as Ohawe Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with in manner directed by the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
OHAWЕ DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, being Sections Nos. 317 and 318, Ohawe Township.
Also all that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods 35 perches, more or less, being Section No. 320, Ohawe Township.
