In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1903,” and of the Settlers’ Steamship Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the Masonic Hall, Warkworth, on the 29th day of September, 1908, a resolution providing for the voluntary winding-up of the above-named company was duly passed.
That at a subsequent general meeting of the members of the said company, duly convened, and held at the Chamber of Commerce Room, Swanson Street, Auckland, on the 26th day of October, 1908, the said resolution providing for the voluntary winding-up of the company was duly confirmed: and WILLIAM RICHARD HOLMES, Accountant, and JAMES HARRISON, Steamship Manager, were duly appointed the Liquidators for winding up the affairs of the said company.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1903”; and in the matter of the Mutual Trading Company (Limited).
BY an order made by His Honour Sir Robert Stout, Chief Justice, in the above matter, dated the 3rd day of October, 1908, on the petition of A. S. Paterson and Company, it was ordered,—
That the voluntary winding-up of the said Mutual Trading Company (Limited) be continued, but subject to the supervision of this Court, and any of the proceedings under the said voluntary winding-up may be adopted as this Court shall think fit, and the creditors, contributories, and liquidators of the said company, and all other persons interested, are to be at liberty to apply to the Judge at Chambers as there may be occasion.
