NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolutions passed at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on the 8th October, 1908, were duly confirmed at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting held on the 26th October, 1908:—

  1. That the Temple Bar Gold-mining Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of “The Companies Act, 1903.”

  2. That WILLIAM GRAY, of Auckland, Accountant, be appointed Liquidator for such winding-up.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the North Auckland Minerals (Limited), duly convened, and held at the company's office, Shortland Street, Auckland, on Thursday, the 29th day of October, 1908, at 7.30 o'clock p.m., the following extraordinary general resolution was duly passed:—

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that HENRY JAMES LEE, of Auckland, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."

Locality of the race and of its starting and terminal points: At Lowburn Creek, starting at a point in Mary F. Wood's freehold, and terminating at applicant's residence.

Points of intake: One.

Estimated time and cost of construction: One week; £5. Mean depth and breadth: 1 ft. by 1 ft.

Number of heads to be diverted: One.

Purpose for which water is to be used: Irrigation and domestic.

Proposed term of license: Forty-two years.
