NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned village-homestead allotments will be open for selection on renewable lease, at this office, on Wednesday, the 25th day of March, 1908, under the provisions of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments.

Sections 43 and 44 front a formed road, and access to the others is by formed and partly formed road. Limit of holding, 20 acres.

Situated a quarter of a mile from Waimatua Siding, on the Invercargill–Waimahaka Railway line; land level; good soil; covered with light bush, only fit for firewood. Subject to tramway rights. Access by partly formed road. Limit of holding, 50 acres.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LEASE.

The lands enumerated above are village-homestead allotments, open for selection on renewable lease under the provisions of “The Land Act, 1892” (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), and its amendments.
The rentals stated above shall be the prices at which the lands shall be open for selection.
