by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.

SCHEDULE.

All that portion of road in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Wairoa County, known as the Maraenui Road, commencing at a point between Sections Nos. 5 and 7, Block XI, Nuhaka North Survey District, about one mile from its junction with the Maraetaha Road, and proceeding in a westerly direction to its junction with the Nuhaka River, being a distance of 1 mile 52 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 9641, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Kohuratahi Road, in the Whangamomona County, to be a County Road.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of January, 1908.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.

SCHEDULE.

All that road in the Taranaki Land District, Whangamomona County, known as the Kohuratahi Road, commencing at the north-east corner of Section No. 11, Block XV, Pouatu Survey District, and running in an easterly direction through Sections Nos. 12 and 13, Block XV, Pouatu Survey District, to its junction with the Whitianga Road, being a distance of 46 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 9605A, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Favier Road, in the Whangamomona County, to be a County Road.

SCHEDULE.

All that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Whangamomona County, known as the Favier Road, commencing at its junction with the old Ohura Road (known as Mangaere Road), and proceeding generally in a westerly direction along the southern boundary of Section 18, and through Section 16 to the eastern boundary of Section 15, Block X, Ngatimaru Survey District, being a distance of 54 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 5161², deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of the Hutiwai Road, in the Clifton County, to be a County Road.

All that portion of road in the Taranaki Land District, Clifton County, known as the Hutiwai Road, commencing at its junction with the Mokau Road, and running generally in an eastern direction along the frontage of Forest Reserve Section 31, Block I, Mimi Survey District, to Sandstone Creek, being a distance of 32 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 5161¹, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

All that road in the Taranaki Land District, Stratford County, known as O'Connor Road (Makahu), commencing at its junction with Brewer Road, and running in a southerly direction along the frontage of Section 18 to the northern boundary of Section 17, both in Block XV, Ngatimaru Survey District, being a distance of 44 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 9605B, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
