Declaring Road in Manunui Village, Sections 2 and 3,
Block II, Hunua Survey District, to be a Government
Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of January, 1908.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD, K.C.M.G.,
PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a Government road.

Declaring Mangaone Road, in the Wairoa County, to be a County Road.

PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Wairoa County, known as the Mangaone Road, commencing at a point about 2 miles 20 chains from its junction with the Nuhaka–Gisborne Road, where it is intersected by the north-west boundary of Section 2, Block III, Nuhaka Survey District; proceeding thence for a distance of about 1 mile 60 chains to a point where it joins the formation done by the Wairoa County Council; then commencing again at the end of the county formation about one mile and a half further on and continuing for a further length of about 1 mile 47 chains to a point about 10 chains from the north-west boundary of Section 3, Block XVII, Nuhaka North Survey District; and commencing again at a point about one mile further along the road, at the end of the Wairoa County Council's formation, and proceeding for a distance of about 30 chains to about the middle of the northern boundary of Section 1, Block XVII, Nuhaka North Survey District: being a total distance of 3 miles 57 chains, more or less: as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 9641, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Pitone Road, in the Tataraimaka Road District,
to be a District Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of January, 1908.

ALL that road in the Taranaki Land District, Tataraimaka Road District, known as the Pitone Road, commencing at the north-west corner of Section 11, and running along the frontage of the said Section 11, and along the frontage of Section 13 to the north-eastern corner of Section 13, all in Block VII, Cape Survey District, being a distance of 1 mile 10 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 5161¹¹, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring the Okau (Tongaporutu–Mangaroa) Road, in the
Clifton County, to be a County Road.

ALL that road in the Taranaki Land District, Clifton County, known as the Okau (Tongaporutu–Mangaroa) Road, commencing at its junction with the Mangatoro Road, and running in a general south-easterly direction along the frontages of Sections 10, 12, and 14 to the north-western boundary of Section 16, all in Block IX, Mimi Survey District, being a distance of one mile, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 5161⁹, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
