All in the Land District of Canterbury; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked P.W.D. 23053, deposited in the office of the Minister for Public Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured as above.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twentieth day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eight.

Additional Lands taken at Campbelltown for the Purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway, and for a Road-diversion in connection therewith.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway to take further land at Campbelltown, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway, and also to take further land for a road-diversion in connection therewith:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of "The Public Works Act, 1905," and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by section twenty-one of "The Public Works Act, 1905," and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
