DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership hitherto existing between JOHN WILLIAM MACKRELL and JOHN COLLEY, of Gisborne, carrying on business as Builders and Contractors, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. Mr. Colley takes over the assets of the partnership and will pay all the liabilities thereof.

In the matter of the Woodland Sawmilling Company, Catlin’s River (Limited).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, 14 Bond Street, Dunedin, on Friday, the 25th day of September, 1908, the following extraordinary resolution was passed, viz.: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily”; and that DAVID LARNACH, of Dunedin, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.

In the matter of the Fitzherbert Estate Company (Ltd.).
NOTICE is hereby given that a special general meeting of the Fitzherbert Estate Company (Limited) was called for the 28th day of August, 1908, at the registered office of the company, but lapsed for want of a quorum, and stood adjourned, in accordance with the provisions of the articles of association of the company, till the 4th day of September, 1908, when the special general meeting was duly held at the registered office of the company, and the following resolution was passed unanimously: “That the company be wound up voluntarily.” At a subsequent special general meeting called for the 2nd day of October, 1908, and adjourned till the 3rd day of October, 1908, the above resolution was unanimously confirmed; and JAMES ANDREW BRUCE, the Secretary of the company, was unanimously appointed Liquidator.

SIR,—Take notice that by citation and intendit issued from and filed in the Supreme Court of the Colony of the Cape of Good Hope you have been cited to appear or cause an appearance to be entered before that Court on or before the 31st day of December, 1908, to answer Lucy Helen Shackell in an action for restitution of conjugal rights, failing which for a decree of divorce, and that in default of your appearance the Court will be prayed to grant judgment against you by default on the 2nd day of February, 1909.
