IN THE NATIVE APPELLATE COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, AUCKLAND DISTRICT.

In the matter of the Te Waerenga Block, and of an appeal by P. Sheridan, Agent for the Crown, against the decision of the Native Land Court, given on the 9th day of May, 1907, on an application for confirmation of a deed of sale.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar, and with the approval of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn.
