Notice published pursuant to the Provisions of Section 15 of “The Public Trust Office Consolidation Act, 1894.”

NOTICE is hereby given that, no person having taken out administration, the Public Trustee has filed in the office of the Supreme Court at Wellington an election to administer the several intestate estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations, so far as known, are hereunder respectively set forth, their gross properties being estimated not to exceed £250 in each case.

NOTICE is hereby given that the South Rakaiā Lodge, No. 6459, of the Ashburton District of the New Zealand Branch of the Manchester Unity Independent Order of Odd Fellows Friendly Society, Register No. 312, (6), (4), held at South Rakaiā, is dissolved by instrument, registered at this office the 15th day of October, 1908, unless, within three months from the date of the Gazette in which this advertisement appears, proceedings be commenced by a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the society to set aside such dissolution, and the same is set aside accordingly.
