In the matter of the New First Chance Gold-dredging Company (Limited).

An extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Dunedin on Friday, the 11th day of September, 1908, the following resolution was passed: "That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up accordingly under 'The Companies Act, 1908'; and at the said meeting GEORGE ARTHUR HARLOW, of Dunedin, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
