Lands proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block X,
Pigeon Bay Survey District, Pigeon Bay Road District.

PLUNKET, Governor.
A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William
Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner of the
lands mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the
Pigeon Bay Road Board, being the local authority in whose
district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the
lands in Pigeon Bay Survey District described in the First
Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents
as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason
of the road first hereinbefore proclaimed.

Commander of the Most Distinguished Order
of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight
Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Go-
vernor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its
Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the
said Dominion, at the Government House, at
Wellington, this twenty-second day of September,
in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hun-
dred and eight.

Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner of the

a road the lands in Maungatautari Survey District described
in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the
like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not re-
quired by reason of the road first hereinbefore proclaimed.

Defining the Middle Line of a Further Portion of the Helens-
ville Northwards Railway (Part of Maungaturoto Section).

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the extension of the Helensville North-
wards Railway from a point on the southern
boundary of Section 8, Block XVI, Otamatea Survey
District, to Maungaturoto (hereinafter termed “the said
railway”) is a railway the construction of which is autho-
ried by “The Public Works Act, 1908”: And whereas
the said railway has been partly constructed, and it has
been determined to construct and maintain a further portion
of the same (part of Maungaturoto Section):
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and
pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred by “The
Public Works Act, 1908,” and in exercise of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf,
do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of the
said further portion of the said railway shall be that defined
and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
