In the matter of an application under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1394”; and in the matter of the land known as Pepepe, Lot 17; and in the matter of an application by Rauna Rawhiti and Rina Kupa to the Chief Judge of the said Court to amend the order of the Court of July, 1390, appointing successors to Anaru Kupe, deceased.

HEREAB the above application having been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same having been duly reported on, the said application is hereby dismissed.
