NATIVE LAND COURT NOTICES.

Sitting of the Native Appellate Court at Otorohanga.

Registrar’s Office, Auckland, 20th July, 1908,

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Appellate Court will be held at Otorohanga on the 19th day of August, 1908, to hear and determine the several appeals against the decisions of the Native Land Court set forth in the Schedule hereto. All persons interested in the said applications are hereby notified to attend at the time and place aforesaid.

Applications for Confirmation Certificates under Section 55.

NOTICE is hereby given that applications have been made to a Judge of the Court for certificates under section 55 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” confirming the alienations hereunder specified. All objections to the granting of such certificates must be lodged with me within fourteen days from the publication of this notice.
