Sitting of the Native Appellate Court at Christchurch.

Registrar’s Office, Wellington, 21st July, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Appellate Court will be held at Christchurch on the 25th day of July, 1908, to hear and determine the appeals against the decisions of the Native Land Court set forth in the Schedule hereto. All persons interested in the said appeals are hereby notified to attend at the time and place aforesaid.

NOTICE is hereby given that applications have been made to a Judge of the Court for certificates under section 55 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” confirming the alienations hereunder specified. All objections to the granting of such certificates must be lodged with me within fourteen days from the publication of this notice.

In the matter of the will of Ani te Raketoetoe, deceased, and of an appeal by H. N. te Waaka and another from the decision of the Native Land Court, dated the 20th day of June, 1907, granting probate.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar, and with the approval of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn.
