PARTNERSHIP NOTICE.

THE Partnership heretofore subsisting at Christchurch between the undersigned, WINTON JOHN COLES and WILLIAM GRANT, as Land and Estate Agents, under the style or firm of "W. J. Coles and Co.," has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 13th day of June, 1908. The business will for the future be carried on under the same style or firm by Winton John Coles alone, who will pay all debts due by the firm and to whom all debts due to the firm must be paid.

MEDICAL REGISTRATION.

I, FRANCIS WILLIAM FULLERTON, Member of the Royal College of Surgeons, England; Licentiate of the Royal College of Physicians, London; Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery of University of Durham, now residing in Te Koporu, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 29th July next to have my name placed on the Medical Register for the Dominion of New Zealand, and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Registrar at Auckland.

NOTICE.

PURSUANT to the power contained in section 18 of "The Public Works Act, 1905," and every other power in anyways enabling them, the Opotiki County Council hereby publicly notify that it is proposed to take land and execute works by the construction of public roads thereon. The proposed roads intersect the following sections, viz.: Lots 294, 91, 93, 94, and part 371, Parish of Waiotahi, the properties of Messrs. Appleton and Newsham, and are for the purposes of the Opotiki-Ohiwa Road; also Lots W. 180, 181, and 189, Parish of Waioeka, the properties of Mr. S. Moody, and native-owned land, for the purposes of the Opotiki-Waiawa Road.

Plans showing the proposed roads are open for inspection at the County Office, Main Street, Opotiki.

All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the execution of such works or to the taking of such lands, and to send such writing, within forty days from this date, to the Opotiki County Council.

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 251 of "The Companies Act, 1903," that a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the registered office of the company, 151 and 153, late 86, Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Monday, the 3rd day of August, 1908, at 11 a.m. in the forenoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of. And I further give notice that such intended change or assumption of name is formally declared and evidenced by deed-poll under my hand and seal, dated this day, and intended to be enrolled in the Supreme Court Office, at Wellington, in the Dominion of New Zealand. And, further, I hereby declare that this notice is given on behalf of myself, my children, and other my descendants.
