Sitting of the Native Appellate Court at Otorohanga.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Appellate Court will be held at Otorohanga on the 7th day of July, 1908, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow, to hear and determine the appeals set forth in the Schedule hereto.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been made to a Judge of the Court for a certificate under section 55 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894," confirming the alienation hereunder specified. All objections to the granting of such certificate must be lodged with me within fourteen days from the publication of this notice.

Sitting of the Validation Court at Gisborne.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Validation Court will sit at Gisborne on Monday, the 20th day of July, 1908, at 10.30 a.m., and will proceed to make inquiries and exercise the jurisdiction conferred upon it by section 22 of "The Maori Land Claims Adjustment and Laws Amendment Act, 1906," as amended by section 11 of the Maori Land Claims Adjustment and Laws Amendment Act, 1907, in regard to the East Coast Trust lands and the scheme of adjustment proposed.

NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of the proprietors of the undermentioned blocks will be held at the place and time set opposite each block, for the purpose of nominating members of committees to administer the said lands.
Written nominations must be lodged with the Registrar at Gisborne at least fourteen days before the time appointed for the meeting.
