Notice of Election of Members and Chairman of the Special Board of Conciliators for the Hearing of an Industrial Dispute between the Auckland Electric Tramways Union and Employers.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by “The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Acts Compilation Act, 1905,” I, Edward Tregear, Registrar of Industrial Unions under the Act, do hereby notify that

PAUL MAXIMILIAN HANSEN, Tramway Director, and
EVELYN HARRY MORRIS, Tramway Inspector,

representing the employers, and

HENRY CARTER, Motorman, and
GEORGE SHERRY, Conductor,

representing the workers, have been appointed members; and that

ALEXANDER McARTHUR, Stipendiary Magistrate, of Wellington,

has been appointed Chairman, of the Special Board of Conciliators for the hearing of an industrial dispute between the Auckland Tramways Union and the employers.
