In the matter of the Weber-Waione Co-operative Dairy Company (Limited).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the Royal Oak Hotel, at Weber, on the 8th day of February, 1908, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed: “That it is proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that LATIMA GEORGE CROSSE and GEORGE GRIERSON CORK be appointed Liquidators.”
