E VIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 58, folio 117, for Section 3, Block X, Town of Pembroke; certificate of title, Vol. 58, folio 108, for Section 9, Block XIV, Town of Clyde; certificate of title, Vol. 54, folio 218, for Allotment 124, Township of Seaoun; and Crown grant, Vol. 15, folio 83, for Section 4, Block XVII, Town of Waihola, whereof HENRY MACKEY, formerly of Dunedin, now of Wellington, Draughtsman, is the registered proprietor, and application having been made to me to issue provisional certificates of title for the said lands, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such provisional certificates at the expiration of fourteen days from the publication hereof.

PRIVATE ADVERTISEMENTS.
In the matter of "The Companies Act, 1903."
I, THOMAS HALL, Assistant Registrar of Companies, do hereby give notice that an affidavit, a copy of which is hereunder given, by two Directors of the Weber Public Hall Company (Limited) has been lodged with me, and that, unless notice of objection be lodged with me within sixty days of this date, I shall proceed to declare the said company to be dissolved, in manner provided by "The Companies Act, 1903."

That the nominal capital of the said company is £500, in 500 shares of £1 each.
That the shares have been fully paid up.
That the company has no assets, and has ceased to carry on business.
And we do hereby apply for declaration of dissolution of such company.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between CHARLES BELL and NORMAN JOSEPH LEVIEN, trading as Flax-millers, at Oroua Bridge, as "Bell and Levien," has been dissolved by mutual consent.
All liabilities of the late firm will be discharged by Mr. E. P. Levien (care of Levien, Shalcross, and Co., Wellington), who has purchased the Oroua Bridge Flax-mill.

THE Partnership hitherto existing between ARTHUR PETHERBRIDGE and ALBERT ILES, of Christchurch, as Auctioneers and Commission Agents, at No. 187 Lichfield Street, Christchurch, is dissolved as from this date. The business will continue to be carried on by the said Albert Iles at the same address. The said Albert Iles will pay all liabilities of the said firm, and will collect all accounts owing to the said firm.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Office of the Day Dawn and Norfolk Mines (Limited) has been removed to the office of W. J. Napier, Solicitor, No. 105 Victoria Arcade, Queen Street, in the City of Auckland.

In the matter of the Fibre Society (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that at a special general meeting of the shareholders of the above-mentioned society, duly convened, and held at the office of M. G. McGregor, Solicitor, Hobson Buildings, Shortland Street, Auckland, on the 22nd day of April, 1908, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:-
"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that this society cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same."
And the meeting thereupon appointed Mr. GEORGE COZENS to be the Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the society.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly held and convened at Christchurch on the twenty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eight, the following special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened, and held at Christchurch on the eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and eight, the following special resolution was duly confirmed:-

AT a special general meeting of the Waiau Dairy Factory Company (Limited), duly convened, and held in the registered office of the company on Wednesday, 1st April, 1908, the following resolutions were passed: (1.) That the company be wound up voluntarily. (2.) That JOHN FISHER, Accountant, of Otautau, in the Dominion of New Zealand, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the company. The above resolutions were confirmed at a subsequent meeting held on Saturday, 18th April, 1908.
