HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to cancel,
under "The Volunteer Drill-sheds and Lands Act,
1888," "The Volunteer Drill-sheds and Lands Trustees
Validation Act, 1890," "The Oamaru Volunteer Drill-shed
Site Act, 1905," and the Defence Act Amendment Act, 1907,
the appointments of Trustees to the Oamaru Volunteer
Drill-shed Reserve, published in the New Zealand Gazette
No. 1, of 11th January, 1906, and No. 43, of 7th June, 1906,
as from 26th April, 1908.

Lieutenant-Colonel JOHN TURNBULL MURRAY HAYHURST,
Active List (Unattached),
as an additional Trustee of the Temuka Volunteer Drill-shed
Reserve. Appointment to date from 16th January, 1908.
