Application under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” dismissed.

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WELLINGTON DISTRICT.
In the matter of an application under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894”; and in the matter of the land known as Wharekauri; and in the matter of an application by Himiona Tahuhu to the Chief Judge of the said Court to remedy alleged errors in orders made by Judge Edger in July, 1900.

WHEREAS the above application having been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same having been duly reported on, the said application is hereby dismissed.
