THE BLUE FLAG MEDICINE COMPANY (LIMITED).

AT the annual general meeting of the shareholders in
the above-named company held at the registered
office of the company, 120 Ridgway Street, Wanganui, on
Wednesday, the 11th day of March, 1908, and duly con-
firmed at a subsequent meeting held at the same place on
Thursday, the 26th March, 1908, the following special reso-
lution was duly carried:—
“ That the company’s business be wound up under volun-
tary liquidation, and that JOHN PACKER GORE-MARTIN,
Accountant, Ridgway Street, Wanganui, be appointed
Liquidator.”—Read and confirmed.

Notice of Result of a Poll on a Proposal.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that at a poll held this
day, upon a proposal that the adoption of “The
Rating on Unimproved Value Act, 1896,” in the Borough of
North-east Valley be rescinded, the following votes were re-
corded:—
For the proposal 354 votes.
Against the proposal 185 votes.
I therefore declare the proposal carried.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately
subsisting between us, the undersigned, GEORGE
HOOD and WILLIAM ALFRED STRACHAN, carrying on business
as Farmers at Hororata, under the style or firm of “Hood
and Strachan,” has this day been dissolved by mutual con-
sent. All debts due to or owing by the late firm will be re-
ceived and paid by the said William Alfred Strachan, who
will continue to carry on the business jointly with John
Strachan, whom he has taken into partnership.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of
the above-named company, duly convened, and held
at 3 p.m. on the 3rd day of April, 1908, the following re-
solution was duly passed:—
“ That it has been proved to its satisfaction that the
company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its
business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same;
and that PERCY GRANVILLE HARVEY, of Wellington, Account-
ant, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such wind-
ing-up.”
