vernment Valuation of Land Act Amendment Act, 1906.”

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-
third day of March, 1908.

Present:
THE HONOURABLE W. HALL-JONES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
vested in him by “The Government Valuation of Land
Act Amendment Act, 1906,” His Excellency the Governor of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby appoint the persons named in the
Schedule hereto to be members of the Assessment Court for
the special districts set opposite the name of each respec-
tively.
