IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section 2 of "The Towns Main Streets Act, 1902," I, Robert McNab, Minister of Lands, do hereby authorise the laying-off of Kilgour Street, in the Township of Seacliff and Seacliff Extension No. 1, Otago Land District, of a width of not less than 66 ft., instead of 99 ft. as prescribed by section 17 of "The Land Act, 1892."

GRANT is at present detained as an inmate of Te Oranga Home, a school established under "The Industrial Schools Act, 1882," and such inmate is entitled to certain moneys under the will of the late Mrs. Harriet Evans: And whereas it appears expedient to issue the directions hereinafter set forth:

Now, I, George Fowlds, Minister of Education, do hereby, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of "The Industrial Schools Act Amendment Act, 1895," direct the Public Trustee to take possession of all such moneys and apply the same for the benefit of such inmate, in accordance with the provisions of such last-mentioned Act.
