NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, held at its registered office, Guyton Street, Wanganui, on Thursday, the 6th day of February, 1908, the following extraordinary resolution was passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same voluntarily”; and at a second extraordinary meeting, duly convened, and held at the same place on Monday, the 2nd day of March, 1908, was duly confirmed as a special resolution.
