IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries Act, 1882," I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint JOSEPH ALEXANDER BUTLER to be a Trustee, in the place of William Squires, removed from the district, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Rangataua Public Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor. As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this ninth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eight.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the eighth section of "The Justices of the Peace Act Amendment Act, 1888," I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons named in the Schedule hereto, being persons holding the office of Postmaster under "The Post Office Act, 1900," at the places set opposite their names respectively in the said Schedule, are authorised to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-thirty-fourth section of "The Justices of the Peace Act. 1882."
