IN the New Zealand Gazette of the 19th December, 1907, there appeared an interim return showing the areas under corn and green crops according to the collection made in October last. The following figures give the complete returns, including the areas under grasses, &c., also the number of horses, cattle, and swine at same date, and sheep on the 30th April last.
Owing to a clerical error there appeared in the interim return 253 acres of maize for feeding down and 32,764 bushels of maize on hand in the Otago District. These figures relate to wheat, and have been transposed to the correct columns in this return.
