Notice of Appeal withdrawn. — Taupiri Lot 474a No. 2 (Hapuakohe) Block. — "The Native Land Court Act, 1894."

In the Native Appellate Court of New Zealand, Auckland District.
In the matter of the Taupiri Lot 474a No. 2 (Hapuakohe) Block, and of an appeal by Pohutuhutu Harare against the
decision of the Native Land Court, given on the 17th day of September, 1907, on an application for succession for the
interest of Eruera Parahi, deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar, and with the approval of the Chief Judge, the said appeal
has been withdrawn.

of such certificate must be lodged with me within fourteen days from the publication of this notice.
