Bounded on the north-east by Rural Section No. 17444, a distance of 700 links; towards the south-east and south-west by Rural Section No. 21972, a distance of 715 links and 700 links respectively; and towards the north-west by Reserve No. 632, a distance of 715 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 9, Block XIII, Waitaki Survey District, Waikakahi Settlement, 427·5 links; towards the north-east by Section No. 1, Block XIV, of said district, 424·5 links; towards the south-east by said Section No. 1, 400 links; towards the south-west by a road-line, 575·5 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
All that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 3484 (in red), Block XIV, Waitaki Survey District, within the Waikakahi Settlement. Commencing at the south-east corner of Section No. 2, Block XIV aforesaid. Bounded towards the south-west by a road-line, 447·4 links; towards the north-west by Section No. 2 aforesaid, 447·4 links; towards the north-east by the said Section No. 2, 447·1 links; towards the south-east by Lot No. 109 of Reserve No. 1644, 447·4 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
All that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 3485 (in red), Block XIV, Waitaki Survey District, within the Waikakahi Settlement. Commencing at the intersection of the road forming the southern boundary of Rural Section No. 22268 and the east side of road passing through the said section. Bounded towards the south by the road-line passing along the south side of Rural Section No. 22268, 448·8 links; towards the east and the north by the said Section No. 22268, 400 and 553·8 links respectively; towards the west by the road passing through the said section, 413·6 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
As the same are delineated on the plan marked S.G. 18814/691B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this sixteenth day of December, 1907.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD, K.C.M.G., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was heretofore duly set apart for gravel purposes, being a reserve within Class I of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881”:
And whereas it is expedient that such land shall be appropriated for a site for a public pound, being a reserve within the said Class I:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” doth hereby declare that the said land shall, from and after the date hereof, be appropriated for a site for a public pound under Class I of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881.”
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Section No. 26, Town of Rangiwahia; as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 56339/4, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
